WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 5-7 business days after payment.
  • You can get updates about your order by using our tracking page.
  • Simply put your tracking number into the page and click search.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

  • Please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

PRE-ORDER? ARE YOU SOLD OUT?

  • While we are never sold out, it can take longer to have shipments of more product sent to our warehouse. We tend to send pre-order items in a timely fashion but want you to know it can possibly take up to 4 weeks to receive items.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

  • Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, & United Kingdom.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS WITHIN ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY

  • Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, UK and China. So we have to take into account when those countries observe holidays etc. These will push your item shipment date back.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

I ENTERED MY TRACKING NUMBER & NO INFO IS FOUND!

  • As stated above, some of our items will come from other countries so when your shipment has arrived, and is delivered to your local carrier, that is when you will see your tracking information populate. If you do not see any information, it simply means your items are in transit to your local carrier.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Please allow up to 4-6 weeks in order to receive all promotional items in the store due to these items being in high demand.

CUSTOMER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q: If I do not receive my product, do I get a refund?
A: Please contact your local post office in reference to your package first. If you have not received your item(s) within the delivery time, please contact us for additional help.
Q: Will I receive information for my order?
A: Yes. You will be provided details of your order and you can also check the status of your order by clicking the ‘Tracking’ tab on the top of the site.
